Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in the USA only. For orders under $75, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99.
For international shipments, please get in touch with us at info@gemontrend.com to find out the exact shipping charge.
Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days from placing it. During the busy sales season, and between holidays, please allow extra time to process your order.

Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. Returns must be back within 14 days from the time the return label was received for a refund.
Refunds will be processed approximately 3 weeks after we receive the package at our warehouse.

Items can be returned only if they are in the same condition as when they were received, with the vendor's packaging, barcodes, and tags included. Proof of purchase such as a receipt should be attached to the return.
If you wish to exchange an item or size, please return your original order and place a new order with the items you'd like to exchange.
Returns that are not processed through the return manager will not be accepted.
Discounted items above 30% are final sale.
There will be a 5% Shipping and Handling Fee on the value of returned items.
An additional 5% Handling Fee will be charged on returns that do not include packaging, tags, or receipts.
