Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. Returns must be back within 14 days from the time the return label was received for a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed approximately 3 weeks after we receive the package at our warehouse.
  • Funds will be returned to the original credit card used when placing the order.

  • Items can be returned only if they are in the same condition as when they were received, with the vendor's packaging, barcodes, and tags included. Proof of purchase such as a receipt should be attached to the return.

  • If you wish to exchange an item or size, please return your original order and place a new order with the items you'd like to exchange.

  • Returns that are not processed through the return manager will not be accepted.

  • Discounted items above 30% are final sale.

  • There will be a 5% Shipping and Handling Fee on the value of returned items.

  • An additional 5% Handling Fee will be charged on returns that do not include packaging, tags, or receipts.
